Across Highways and Commercial applications, as a GCP Applied Technologies-approved contractor, we supply and install both the Eliminator and Bridgemaster bridge waterproofing systems, both of which make use of rapid-curing MMA (methyl methacrylate), so you can be sure your structure is water-resistant and durable as quickly as possible.
Why Bridge Deck Waterproofing Matters

We are approved installers of two GCP Applied Technologies bridge deck waterproofing systems, selected according to structure type, traffic regime, and client specification:
Eliminator: Spray-Applied Bridge Deck Waterproofing
A cold-applied, spray-applied MMA system delivering a seamless, fully-bonded membrane with rapid return to traffic. Ideal for highway structures where lane downtime is at a premium.
Bridgemaster: Combined Waterproofing & Surfacing
An integrated MMA waterproofing and surfacing system that eliminates the need for a separate wearing course. Offers excellent skid resistance and long-term durability.
Both systems use rapid-curing MMA technology, meaning your structure can return to service in hours, not days.
Our Waterproofing Process
We manage each project from initial assessment through to completion and sign-off:
- Survey & Condition Assessment: We assess the existing deck surface, substrate condition, and any areas of delamination or existing membrane failure.
- Specification & Design: Working to client or designer requirements, we advise on the appropriate system, surface preparation, and application method.
- Surface Preparation: Shot blasting or scarification to achieve the required surface profile and eliminate contamination.
- Membrane Application: Installed by our trained, approved operatives in accordance with GCP manufacturer guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Post-installation inspection and documentation to satisfy client and regulatory requirements.
Planned & Reactive Works
Planned Works
We work alongside asset owners, local authorities, and principal contractors to deliver scheduled waterproofing programmes; integrated into wider bridge maintenance or resurfacing schemes. Early contractor involvement means we can advise on specification, programme, and traffic management strategy before works begin.
Reactive Works
Where waterproofing failure has been identified through inspection or caused by sudden damage, we mobilise quickly to arrest deterioration and restore structural protection. Our teams are experienced in working to tight timescales with minimal notice, helping clients avoid further asset degradation.
