Route One Infrastructure is proud to announce that we have received the Armed Forces Covenant: Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award, recognising our continued commitment to supporting members of the Armed Forces community.
This prestigious award celebrates organisations that demonstrate exceptional advocacy and practical support for those who serve, or have served, in the Armed Forces. At Carnell, we take great pride in fostering an inclusive environment where veterans, reservists, and service families are valued for the unique skills, experience, and dedication they bring to our industry.
The Silver Award reflects the actions we have taken to uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant, from providing flexible working arrangements for reservists to creating meaningful employment opportunities for service leavers transitioning into civilian life.
The award ceremony took place at York Racecourse. Representing Route One at the event were Gary Credland (Business Development Director), Darryl Taylor (Pre-Construction and Operations Delivery Manager), Jacob ripley (Quantity Surveyor) and Liam Eastwood ( Contract Manager), who were delighted to accept the award on behalf of the company.
