About Us

Corporate Social Responsibility

Route One Infrastructure is committed to not only providing a great service to our customers, but also supporting and doing our bit for the local community.

Over the years we have been involved in many different community base projects and we are currently supporting the below projects:

Wakefield Hospice

Here at Route One, we are proud to have Wakefield Hospice as our chosen charity of the year. The girls had a great time at the Ladies Luncheon at Capri, raising money for such a worthy cause.

Route One Supports Love Your Liver month 2021!

January is often a time that people take stock after the Christmas period but this year it is even more important as the numbers at risk have also increased during the Covid pandemic. Many people have increased their alcohol consumption and gained weight during lockdown – the two biggest risk factors for developing liver disease.

We encourage all to take part in dry January or at least try to cut back a bit, try to take as much exercise outside as we are allowed to burn off those festive feasts and improving our wellbeing.

Community Foundation Wakefield

We were one of the main sponsors of the #unsungheroes2020 as well as the foundation as a whole.

Customer Support

Route One attended a Buckingham Group Contracting Ltd fundraiser to raise valuable funds for Buckingham Group Site Agent Kris Jones who suffered life-threatening injuries during a near fatal car crash on the A1 last year.

Organised by John Pollard, Senior Quantity Surveyor at Buckingham Group Contracting Ltd, the dinner included entertainment and an auction of sporting memorabilia in recognition of Kris’s role as manager of none league Sleaford Town Football Club at the time of his accident.
