Products: The SX250 Type 5 mat joint and footway plates

Our works – The SX250 Type 5 mat joint and footway plates were designed and manufactured specifically for BBJV and their client National Highways. This was a complex job involving ECI between BBJV and Route One Infrastructure. The smart motorway works were carried out in April 2022 and we installed the joint over six shifts under a full road closure.

Simon Atkinson, Contracts Manager, had the following to say about the project:
